This manual covers the 1965 to 1967 250cc T20 twin-cylinder two-stroke series. A compilation of three factory publications it includes (1) the factory T20 and the 250 Super Sport Service Guide and (2) the T20/TC250 Parts Catalogue and (3) the T200 Service Guide for the reason explained below.

THE 'CONNECTION' BETWEEN THE SUZUKI T20 (1965-67) AND THE T200 (1967-69) There is almost no technical data included in the factory issued T20 ‘Service Guide’ and the contents focus on service and repair information only.

However, in the foreword of the T200 Service Guide (which does not include any maintenance or repair information as the contents are focused entirely on a comparison of the technical differences between the T20 and the T200), the factory notes that many of the T20 parts are interchangeable with the T200 and includes the following statement, "This (T200) Service Guide explains new mechanisms and describes each part in comparison with those of the T20".

Consequently, in order to provide a comprehensive workshop manual for the T20, the T200 Service Guide should be considered to be an essential supplement, with the T20 guide providing service and repair data and the T200 guide providing technical data for the T20. Therefore, any workshop manual for the T20 series would be incomplete without the inclusion of both the T20 and the T200 Service Guides and T20 owners are encouraged to exercise caution when purchasing a T20 workshop manual and confirm that both ‘Service Guides’ are included. Unfortunately, many of the reprints found on internet websites are from bedroom sellers at enticingly low prices by individuals that really have no idea what they are selling. Many are nothing more than poor-quality comb-bound or ring-bound photocopies that are scanned and printed complete with greasy pages and thumbprints and, as such, are deceptively described as pre-owned, used or even refurbished. In addition, they are often advertised for the incorrect series and/or model years.
